This unit is designed to transmit and receive digital data streams at 70 MHz or 140 MHz IF.  The transmit and receive center frequencies are independently synthesized and can be tuned by software command anywhere in the 40 MHz band by steps of 10 KHz. The design emphasizes low production cost.

This transmit/receive module can be used as daughter board for a satellite modem.
