MHz Digital Receiver
This receiver was designed to receive a high data rate digital audio signal over 500' range. In addition, spread-spectrum modulation is used to reject potential interferences. The transmission-reception system operates in the unlicenced 915 MHz band.
The low-cost receiver is typically clipped onto a belt. It operates with two AA batteries for several hours. A low-battery indicator lights up when power is low. Volume control is provided for the headset.
